Yes. You provide the saree, lehenga, dhoti, turban fabric, hijab, or whatever garment you want styled. Our expert provides the skill and all fastening accessories (safety pins, fashion tape, clips, bobby pins). The outfit is yours — we never carry or supply garments.

Minimum 24 hours. Maximum 30 days (60 days during Oct-Feb wedding season). We operate on advance bookings because dressing is event-driven — you know about the occasion in advance. Same-day bookings at a premium will be available once we scale.

Currently: South Delhi (GK, Hauz Khas, Defence Colony, Saket, Vasant Kunj, Malviya Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, CR Park) and Gurgaon (DLF Phases 1-4, Sushant Lok, Golf Course Road, Sector 56-57). We're expanding to Noida, Central Delhi, and West Delhi soon.

No cash on delivery. Prepaid protects you and our experts equally. You get guaranteed confirmation and refund rights. Our experts get guaranteed payment — no more showing up and getting stiffed. This is non-negotiable and it's the right thing to do.

If YOU cancel less than 2 hours before, your expert still gets paid their full share. They blocked their time for you.

If your EXPERT cancels, you get a 100% refund or a replacement expert, your choice.

We schedule with 30-minute travel buffers and monitor Delhi traffic patterns. If your expert is more than 15 minutes late due to reasons within our control, we apply a ₹100-150 credit to your account automatically. If they're 30+ minutes late, full rebooking or refund — your choice.

0-15 minutes: grace period, no charge. 15-30 minutes: ₹100-150 wait surcharge. 30+ minutes: expert can leave, full booking fee charged. We send you a reminder 2 hours before with a prep checklist — please have your outfit laid out, blouse worn, petticoat ready (for sarees).

Every booking begins with a pre-service photo of your garment — this is non-negotiable and protects both sides. If damage occurs and is clearly the expert's fault (confirmed by before/after photos): full repair cost, replacement cost up to 2x service fee or ₹10,000 (whichever is lower), or full refund + compensation. For garments valued above ₹25,000, we offer optional insurance at 5-10% of declared value at the time of booking.

Not at launch — we assign based on regional style match, availability, distance, and rating. Once you've had a great experience, you can request the same expert for future bookings. Repeat requests get priority.

No. We do dressing — saree draping, turban tying, mehandi, lehenga styling, hijab styling, dhoti tying. We are not a salon. If you need makeup, book it separately from a makeup artist. We complement them, we don't compete with them.

This is literally what we were built for. Tell us the occasion (Sikh wedding, nikah, South Indian ceremony, whatever it is) and we'll match you with an expert who knows that tradition. We'll also guide you on what to wear — through a pre-booking consultation if you choose Premium or Luxury service.

Yes. We are the only platform in India that offers professional male dressing — dhoti/veshti/mundu tying, sherwani dressing, turban/pagri/dastar tying, kurta styling. Book the same way.

When you book, enter your full address. After payment, our team will WhatsApp you within 30 minutes. Drop your Google Maps pin in that chat. This ensures your expert finds your exact building/flat without calling you 4 times from the gate.

Yes. For 1-9 people, book normally and select the number of people. For 10+ people, use our Corporate/Event package or contact us directly. We send a team. Bulk discounts: 10+ = 15% off, 25+ = 25% off, 50+ = custom quote. GST invoice provided.
